You may send back any full priced items for a refund or exchange. Returns and exchanges must be posted back to us within 7 days (5 business days).

Made-to-order means the garment is individually cut out and sewn by hand in our Melbourne studio or by our local dressmaker. It eliminates the issue of wasted garments, minimises fabric waste and ensures no over-ordered garments which so often end up contributing to the ever growing problem of fashion landfill.
