SHIPPING POLICY 

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders Australian orders over $200 AUD and all international orders over $300 AUD. 

For all Australian and NZ deliveries we use Australia Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched your tracking number will be sent to you via email. For all international orders we use Australia Post International Express (free over $300 AUD) or if your order is urgent you can select DHL Express for a flat rate of $70. 

Processing & Delivery Times
 
You can pay for your order via credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment may take up to a few days to be processed. Once the payment has been approved your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.
 
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. For regional and some WA and NT deliveries, please allow an extra 1-2 business days depending on your location. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. International order delivery time will depend on location.

DUTIES AND TAXES 

Orders outside of Australia are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. This means as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to cover charges that may be issued to you when selecting standard international delivery. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange on all full priced items within 7 days of receiving your purchase. All return shipping costs are covered by the customer for full priced items, we will cover the shipping cost of the new exchange parcel. Baaby is not liable for the damage or loss of garments being returned, therefore we recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping note of your tracking number. Items returned outside of the 7 day period cannot be accepted. You may be asked for a tracking number so we can look out for your return so please hold onto your receipt. 

If you place an order for $800 AUD or more and return everything on the order for a refund we will retain a 5% fee to absorb some of the transaction fees. We are a small locally made business and encourage you not to mass purchase and return everything. If you have fit questions please contact us, we are always happy to help. 

Sale items are exchange only, no refunds (please see below for sale T&Cs).

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on Archive Sale items. 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any custom orders.

Please note that all shipping charges for returns and exchanges must be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty. If you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us and we will correct this for you.  

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH AFTERPAY, ONLY EXCHANGES FOR THE SAME VALUE OR STORE CREDIT (if eligible for exchange).

Conditions of Returns & Exchanges
 
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, untarnished with the hygiene sticker intact and with all original tags attached. If a garment is in anyway damaged, dirty, or not in its original condition it will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the hygiene sticker is removed please note you may no longer return or exchange this item.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, ​place the garment in its original packaging, send us a message via our contact us page and we will take you through the returns process. 
 
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the goods.

Sale Items

Sale items (excluding Archive Sale) can be exchanged for another item or a credit note, no refunds. The customer is responsible for paying for exchange shipping costs for sale items. 

Archive Sale items are final. No exchanges or refunds.
