SHIPPING POLICY 

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders over $100 within Australia.

For all Australian deliveries we use Australia Post or Sendle, depending on your location. Once your parcel has been dispatched your tracking number will be sent to you via email. 

Processing & Delivery Times
 
You can pay for your order via credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment may take up to a few days to be processed. Once the payment has been approved your order will be dispatched within 48 hours.
 
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. For regional and some WA and NT deliveries, please allow an extra 1-2 business days depending on your location. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. International order delivery time will depend on location.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders outside of Australia shipped via DHL EXPRESS are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means all import duties and axes are covered by us. 

Orders outside of Australia shipped via DHL eCommerce are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as UK VAT. This means as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to cover charges that may be issued to you when selecting standard international delivery. 

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your item, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange  within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Baaby is not liable for the damage or loss of garments being returned, therefore we recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping note of your tracking number. Items returned outside of the 7 day period cannot be accepted.

Please note that all shipping charges for returns and exchanges must be covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty. If you have received a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us and we will correct this for you.  

Conditions of Returns & Exchanges
 
All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, untarnished with the hygiene sticker intact and with all original tags attached.  If a garment is in anyway damaged, dirty, or not in its original condition it will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the hygiene sticker is removed please note you may no longer return or exchange this item.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, ​place the garment in its original packaging, send us a message via our contact us page and we will take you through the returns process. 
 
Please note refunds and exchanges can take up to 10 business days to process.

Sale Items
 
If you purchase a sale item and are not happy with it, you can exchange it for another item or store credit (valid for 12 months).

The shipping cost for the exchange will be covered by the customer if the total amounts to less than $100 after the store credit code is applied.

We do not offer refunds on sale items.
